Pin type ceramic insulator

Pin insulators are components used to support or suspend conductors and to provide electrical insulation between towers and conductors. Pin-type ordinary ceramic insulator Porcelain and cast steel are glued together with cement glue, and the surface of the porcelain is coated with a layer of glaze to improve the insulation performance of the insulator.

Pollution Resistant Suspension Ceramic Insulators

Pollution-resistant suspension porcelain insulators are made of porcelain parts and upper and lower metal accessories glued together with glue. The contact parts between the end faces of porcelain parts and metal accessories are covered with elastic gaskets, and the glued parts of porcelain parts are respectively sanded, knurled, and grooved to protect the mechanical strength and prevent loosening and twisting. The surface of porcelain parts is uniformly covered with white glaze, and the surface of metal accessories is painted with gray enamel.
