The main structure of the pollution-resistant suspension porcelain insulator is divided into two types: cavity partition (breakable type) structure and solid (non-penetrable type) structure. Combined glue-mounted post pollution-resistant suspension porcelain insulators are generally solid non-penetrating structures. The latter structure is improved compared with the former structure, reducing the workload of maintenance and testing.
Pollution-resistant suspension porcelain insulators have two types of shapes: multi-rib or less-rib. The multi-rib shape increases the distance along the surface, and its electrical performance is better than that of the less-rib shape. , and the rest of the products are polygonal.

Contamination-resistant suspension porcelain insulators with high mechanical strength requirements should be assembled with joint glue (that is, the upper accessories should be packed with inner glue, and the lower accessories should be packed with outer glue).
High-voltage line disc-shaped suspension porcelain pollution-resistant suspension porcelain insulators are used for insulating and fixing wires in high-voltage overhead transmission and distribution lines, and are generally assembled into pollution-resistant suspension porcelain insulator strings for lines of different voltage levels.
Ordinary pollution-resistant suspension porcelain insulators are suitable for general areas. If the number of pollution-resistant suspension porcelain insulators is appropriately increased, the pollution flashover performance can also be improved.
Suspended porcelain pollution-resistant suspended porcelain insulators are made of porcelain parts, iron caps and steel feet glued with not less than No. 525 Portland cement and quartz sand cement. A thin layer of buffer layer is applied to the surface of the iron cap and the steel foot in contact with the adhesive, and the top of the steel foot is provided with an elastic pad. The surface of porcelain pieces is generally painted with white glaze and brown glaze, and other glazes can also be painted according to needs. The surface of iron cap and steel foot is all hot zinc. There are two types of push-pull elastic locking pins with ball connection, W type and R type, all made of tin bronze, brass, and austenitic stainless steel, with good elasticity and performance stability, and easy disassembly and assembly. Cylindrical and camelback cotter pins for grooved connection, the former surface is hot zinc, and the latter is made of brass. The above-mentioned elastic locking pins, cylindrical pins and other parts are supplied in complete sets with the product.
Pollution-resistant suspension porcelain insulators are divided into spherical type and slot type according to the connection method.
Ordinary and pollution-resistant suspension porcelain insulators of the same strength level adopt the same ball-socket connection size and can be protected and interchanged.
